    Plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the official start, especially for poker tournaments and guest nights, so you can settle in and order.

  4. 4. Check in with our team

    On arrival, our hosts will confirm your reservation, walk you to your table, and brief you on any event-specific details.

Essential information about age restrictions, etiquette, arrival times, and cancellations for all public and private events at Keletora.

Age & Responsible Play

Our Poker Lounge and any alcohol-focused events are strictly 18+ in line with Hungarian regulations. We reserve the right to request valid photo ID at the door or at the bar.

  • 18+ required for poker and bar seating
  • Family-friendly hours earlier in the day on selected dates
  • Zero tolerance for aggressive behaviour or harassment

Arrival & Seating

For live music, themed dinners, and tournaments, we strongly recommend booking ahead and arriving slightly before the scheduled start time.

  • Reserved tables are typically held for 15 minutes past the booking time
  • Walk-ins are welcomed where space allows
  • Late arrival may impact tournament entry

Cancellations & Changes

Plans change—we get it. Let us know as early as possible so we can release your seats to other guests.

  • For most events, cancellations up to 24 hours before are appreciated
  • Special guest or package events may have specific terms

House Etiquette

Keletora is a social hub first. We keep the tone warm, welcoming, and fair for everyone sharing the space.
